Ada yang sudah siap dengan modal plus perencanaan yang njlimet. Ada yang baru berbekal dengan gagasan semata. Namun ada pula yang punya banyak uang, tapi bingung mau diapain. Masih banyak yang blank (bingung). Tak tahu bagaimana dan dari mana harus memulai.

Banyak usahawan sukses karena kelihaian dalam memulai dan memperluas usaha. Berikut 14 rahasianya yang umumnya mereka pakai. Namun tidak ada jaminan Anda akan berhasil dengan cara-cara berikut. Meski begitu, kini Anda punya banyak alternatif. Anda pun bisa mencuri inspirasi dari masing-masing cara itu.

1.Penuhi Kebutuhan Konsumen
Ini merupakan cara buka usaha yang paling umum. Jika di kantor Anda membutuhkan layanan katering, buka usaha katering. Jika warga di sekitar rumah anda membutuhkan jasa binatu, wartel, warnet, rental komputer, kursus, dll, buka usaha sesuai kebutuhan mereka tadi. Kuncinya, kenali kebutuhan konsumen. 5.Jual Ketrampilan
Jeli mengenali bakat orang? Itu pun awal bisnis yang menantang. Banyak orang berbakat yang --jika dikembangkan dan diberi tempat-- bisa dijual lebih mahal. Tempat-tempat seperti restoran, toko-toko, salon, kursus, servis, pasar, mal-mal, adalah gudangnya orang berbakat. Ambil 2-3 pemangkas rambut berbakat dari salom-salom kecil. Sewakan tempat yang bagus, lengkapi dengan alat, beri brand yang khusus, dan suntik dengan sistem pelayanan yang sempurna. Anda pun sudah memiliki sebuah usaha pemangkas rambut yang eksklusif.

6.Jadi Agen
Mirip dengan sebelumnya, Anda bisa membuka kantor keagenan atau biro yang menyediakan jasa atau layanan spesifik. Misalnya agen modeling, foto model, penyanyi berbakat, head hunter, pengisi acara hiburan, biro jodoh, baby sister, dll. Untuk usaha ini, Anda perlu pengalaman dan relasi. Tetapi Anda bisa tangani sendiri atau mempekerjakan orang-orang berbakat di dalamnya.

Modalnya murah meriah, namun sudah didukung produk yang bagus, sistem pemasaran, pelatihan, dan jenjang karier. Sebagian perusahaan memberi kesempatan member mendirikan perseroan sendiri (authorized distributor) atau stockist. Namun waspadalah! Hindari bisnis skema piramid atau money game yang berkedok MLM.

10.Beli Waralaba
Yang modalnya lumayan besar, tapi tak mau repot pikirkan usaha yang sama sekali baru, beli waralaba (franchise) bisa jadi pilihan. Waralaba merupakan jenis usaha yang relatif terstandarisasi. Butuh kejelian membaca waralaba mana yang bagus. Berikut kemampuan membaca potensi pasarnya. Kini makin banyak pilihan waralaba, yang butuh modal besar atau sedang-sedang saja.

11.Beli Usaha Prospektif
Ada pula usaha tertentu punya keunikan dan SDM bagus. Prospek ke depannya pun cerah. Sayang untuk berkembang lebih jauh, usaha itu tidak punya modal lebih. Jika modal Anda cukup besar, dan menurut kalkulasi usaha itu bisa dikembangkan lebih pesat lagi, Anda bisa membelinya. Cara ini relatif lebih mahal, tetapi lumayan disukai investor tulen.

12.Beli Usaha Sekarat
